With his enormous experience in ServiceNow-led transformations which include business and technical architecture consulting, transformation roadmaps, design & delivery of ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains, he brings to the table a deep understanding of how to implement best practices and best utilise ServiceNow platform to correlate strategic initiatives to ServiceNow solutions.
